The TeloPrime PCR Add-on Kit contains 30 reactions of the PCR Mix, the polymerase and the Forward and Reverse Primer separately. Based on this primers can be easily exchanged with gene-specific primers. The kit can furthermore be used to run multiple PCR reactions of your sample to generate sufficient template for any downstream application.
